white, white, and whiter! |

I was hoping to love this.
It goes on VERY smooth and is very moisturizing, but it is
COMPLETELY WHITE!
...even after trying to really rub it in and let it absorb. I can put some lip gloss or lipstick over top of it, but the intense white of this product will change the color of whatever you put on top of it.
*OVERALL: I wouldn't mind using this when I'm going to be in the sun for a long time, or at the beach/pool during the summer...but for everyday use it's just a little too white.

butter on my lips sun care! |

The EWG rated this lip balm a 1 for sun care which is the highest that could be given out. This is why I initially bought it. It's color is a light yellow and the texture is similar to butter. I can't describe the smell really well but when I first smelt it, it smelled a tad bit medicinal. Now it has a very very faint peppermint smell. My lips have become a little pinker most likely due to the protection and moisture given by the lip balm. One thing I recommend is to lightly exfoliate your lips with sugar once a week so the balm goes on smoothly. Otherwise it gets stuck in your dried flaky areas.
My dogs rate it a A++. They are always trying to lick it off my face and eat the lip balm itself!!
One thing I have a problem with is the shipping. It was I think around $7! For such a small thing! The envelope it was placed in was more than 20 times the size of the lip balm! I think this was a waste of paper seeing as it could have nicely fit inside a regular envelope.
