Mike: This toothpaste is super gentle but gets the job done too. It took a couple weeks to get used to the non-foaming aspects, but I have gotten so used to using this toothpaste which is SLS free that when I used a more conventional drugstore brand while I was traveling, it actually felt like it was burning the inside of my mouth. No more SLS for me, I can't go back after using this toothpaste. I highly recommend it for people who prefer more gentle products.
